Product Description

Sodium coppe chlorophylin (sodium coppe chlorophylin) is a dark green powder. It is made of natural green plant tissues, such as the leaves of silkworm manure, clover, alfalfa, bamboo and other plants. It uses organic solvents such as acetone, methanol, ethanol, and petroleum ether. After extraction, copper ion is used to replace magnesium ion in the center of chlorophyll, and at the same time, it is saponified with alkali, and the carboxyl group formed after removing the methyl group and phytol group becomes the disodium salt. Therefore, sodium copper chlorophyllin is a semi-synthetic pigment. The chlorophyll series pigments with similar structure and production principle include sodium chlorophyll iron, sodium chlorophyll zinc and so on.
